Took my car a month ago to replace my control arm which cost me 600$+ just noticed my wheel stud was broken and they stripped my anti steal lug nut. And they didnt tell me. Been driving it like this for a month couldve been in a horrible accident or even worse dead. And they didnt tell me anything just thank you for your business and give me your money. Not considered for human life

800 dollars to change water pump and diagnose fuel system. Then I drive away and starter all of a sudden stops working on the same day, COINCIDENTALLY. Talked to rude lady who denies they have anything to do with the starter. Starter was working perfectly well when I took it in. Very shady. NEVER AGAIN.

They are the best. I had got screwed over by anoth shop but h these guys took care of me and thank you to Ronnie! They are really the best

Overall would not recommend. I took my car in for a diagnostic at 8am, I was told to drop it off and they’d call me later that day. They didn’t call me so I picked up my car before they closed. The diagnostic didn’t get done because “they were so busy and so many cars were ahead of me”. Ok next time please tell your customers how long they’ll have to leave their car for just a diagnostic.
