Piedras auto service II

The service was fast and friendly! ...and they have a cute puppy 🐶 😍

The mechanic broke a key ruined the key software and over charged for his mistakes, this occurred last year. Unknowledgable but will act smart to con customers into bringing in their car, when in fact the mechanic is under qualified.

Owner is rude. The shop is the dirtiest garage I have ever seen. If you care for your vehicle safety and maintenance, you are better off going literally anywhere else like lube and go or firestone.

We went there to go see if they could do My oil change and take off my drain plug because it was stripped! They didn’t hesitate to take it off! They know what they are worth and did the job perfectly!! Awesome service! Both gentlemen were so awesome and accommodating. I will be going back to them to do all my work on my car from here on out! Thank you guys so much!

Great service! Super nice gentlemen! Will be coming back for my vehicle needs for sure! They went above and beyond on a simple oil change. Thank you Piedras Auto Service II!
