Casa Nissan - Service

The staff at the service department were so helpful and very nice when I took my car to get my tires replaced. I liked that they did not take long to help me when I arrived and the process of checking in was not lengthy either . I was in my lunch hour and they were able to offer me shuttle service back to my job .

I want to give a huge shoutout to David Martinez for providing exceptional service while taking care of my Nissan Z! I'm incredibly grateful that Casa Nissan was able to complete all the work on the same day, and providing a loaner car so I could continue with my daily activities was much appreciated. I came in for a routine oil change and left questioning my entire relationship status. The service advisors? 🔥 Absolute smoke shows. Tight polos, confident smirks, and voices smoother than my freshly aligned suspension. I wasn’t ready. 🥵 One of them leaned over the counter to hand me my keys and I swear time slowed down. I forgot my VIN, my name, and possibly my morals. 😳 They explained my maintenance plan, but all I heard was, "I could ruin your credit and you’d thank me." Professional? Yes. Efficient? Absolutely. Distractingly hot? Criminal. 5 stars isn't enough id give them 6😍😍😍

Staff are friendly and helpful. However, trying to obtain someone to answer the phone in the service department, takes the act of congress to get a hold of someone. No place or no one is perfect. So I will give the dealership an "E" for effort. We are still working out an issue with our car. The manager is Hudson and he seems very helpful. Will update with results. Finally, any news car buyers. Please read over your documents carefully before signing. I can not stress that enough.
