The staff at the service department were so helpful and very nice when I took my car to get my tires replaced. I liked that they did not take long to help me when I arrived and the process of checking in was not lengthy either . I was in my lunch hour and they were able to offer me shuttle service back to my job .

Staff are friendly and helpful. However, trying to obtain someone to answer the phone in the service department, takes the act of congress to get a hold of someone. No place or no one is perfect.
