Charlie Clark Nissan El Paso Service

Excellent service provided by Eduardo Perez and his Mngr Ernesto from Service Dept. I rcvd immediate attention to my vehicle concern. I was addressed with professionalism and the team went above and beyond by providing me a rental the entire time my vehicle was being serviced. I was constantly being updated with everything from the diagnosis, to which parts were being ordered and when they would be arriving to the day I could plan on picking up my vehicle. This entire team is awesome! Thank you for making this experience stress-free!

Excellent service and attention to detail The new/old GM is great, he will work his magic to get you a great deal on a vehicle. The only reason I will not give a 5 star was there was no Carne asada or food for the customers on Saturday, like they always have. The service department has improved quite a bit.

My experience with Charlie Clark, has always been great, all the employees are friendly and professional staff. A great place to relax and enjoy the music, while waiting for your vehicle to be serviced. Thank you Odale

The service is always a pleasure. Team is very professional. I would not change this place. It feels like home.
