DZR Truck Repair El Paso - Diesel Shop

We had a fuel leak on our modified large gallon fuel tank on our 2019 Ram They took us right in and fixed it so that we could return home to California. Marco is a professional representative of DZR! Excellent service and fair price. Would definitely recommend DZR Diesel Repair!

Like a few others said they want money u front which I don’t mind. The part I disliked was not getting a receipt on the parts they purchased. This use to be a good repair shop, now it’s just horrible communication and a waste of time. (1 month to be exact). Just a bad experience from start to finish. Make sure you check their work. They say they did something but turns out they didn’t. Oh one last thing, their rates change. They tell you one rate and your invoice says another.

This place has it all, a lot of space to park the trailer, great and knowledgeable workers. The Tech named Marco helped me out with my DEF problem, he took the time to explain what was wrong with it and what he gonna do to it. And everything came out perfect. I recommend this spot 100%.

It’s just reminder We came here because of good reviews and we find that they are begging customers to get 5 stars and very unprofessional customer service and unknowledgeable Machanic’s they took our money upfront for part after few minutes she called informed us that the dealer is closed and we do have a used part we were agreed with used part and we waited 6 hours they couldn’t provide the part we asked for refund and they refused to refund our money and we called cops and thanks to cops they helped us to get our money back after 4 days. Not recommended DZR truck repair El Paso

They miss diagnosed the truck saying that there was a problem with wire harness or computer. I told the second mechanic about the smell and slipping clutch they then said they needed to take off transmission. They did that and found ba…
