When you’re over a barrel because you absolutely need repairs and the shop has your rig, and they happen to be the kind of shop that overcharges…. The representative via communicated was Manny. After I explained exactly where the coolant leak was, he said he didn’t see anything and then he said my problem was not a transmission leak. It was a blown rear seal. This does not give me confidence in this individual, and he was wrong. Horrible Experience!!! Me and my husband have a tractor that we took here back in Jan. They said it was gonna be about a week to get fixed. We called in to check on it that following week, they hadn't even started on it. So we gave them the benefit of the doubt. They said they would take it in and start on it. Fast forward almost a month later they claimed the truck is ready but is having hard starting issues!!! How we have never had this issue Ever!!
