Juan offers a better more personalized service than at the dealership. He's honest and I don't feel like I'm being "upsold" on services I don't need

I had a flat on the freeway i10 and the owner Juan Sanchez very kindly went after me, taking care of me until I found a way out and helped me with the replacement of spare parts and the location of a good place to buy and mount the tire. Thank God for people like him. God bless you
