I went there last year around May took my lawnmower who's motor was running at high rate. I researched online and every site stated it was the governor. But at Jr's Small Engine after the technician took a look and turned out to be the carburetor. I was told the if it had the governor it would've been cheaper to buy another lawnmower. The technician was honest, he very well could've gone along with what I mentioned and charged me an arm and a leg. Now I need my weed whacker fixed and I'm going back.
