Holguin's Auto Electric

Went in cause AC was blowing hot and AutoZone told me my alternator was broken. They were very friendly and professional and apparently the belt had just slipped down so I didn't need a new or fixed alternator and the AC needed a little bit of freon. I was in and out in about 1.5 hours, I was recommended by a family member and I would totally recommend them myself for their professionalism and fast work!!

Unfortunately they do not have the time to tell you directly that they don't or do not want to fix your vehicle electrical issues. Despite the fact that I had already explained over phone And in person the issues and still waiting for 30 mintues while they were trying to find a customers car keys, very poor customer service. I went to get a diagnostic for my f150 electric issue and instead Mr. Holguin just did a quick check of the battery voltage and then I asked does he believe he can fix it? He replied, "Just take it to someone else because maybe I won't be able to fix it". (After waiting 30 mints, and trying to checking it 2 minutes later). I appreciate his honesty but…

Very happy that I brought my 98 Mazda 626 the driver side blinker was not working, Mr Holguin fixed it, and the price was fair, I will be bringing my car here for headlight bulbs replacement next time, very nice people!😀

Mr holguin was very kind and polite and explained everything and showed me how he found the short draining my battery. I will definitely recommend and will return for his services. Thank you

Very kind people. My alternator was ready and like new within the hour. The gentlemen was very informative about what he did to fix it and even tested it in front of us to show that it was in perfect standing. I will definitely take him all my electrical parts if need fixing in the future. Cost was amazing too! He even offered to run an electrical diagnosis once the alternator was in. 🙂 Very happy customer here. 😀
