Far West Services Inc.

I’m very satisfied with the service this company provided, they did an excellent job and had me on the road in no time! Shoutout to the Mexican mechanic from Chihuahua, He’s a true Hero!

We took our truck to get repaired with far west , they did not find the issue, they did not repair anything, the proceeded to do the pm service which we had already told Tom West the owner the pm service had already been done . The bill was around $798.00. When we had first taken the truck lights were when we picked it up none of the lights were working. We called Tom West to inform him that issue, and he responded that he was not gonna be liable for that issue. Please be sure to check your unit before driving out of that place! If i could give a zero star to this place I would!

Another mechanic shop told me that one of my cylinders was loosing compression and that I needed a new engine. So, one of my Team referred me to Far West. After Far West diagnosed the problem, they discovered it wasn't one of my cylinders, it was my ignition coils and plugs. As it turns out, my truck runs smoothly, the engine light doesn't come on, and I didn't have to purchase a new engine. Far West saved me $12K. I highly recommend people to use Far West for their auto repair. They are honest and have great personalities.

Tom and the guys are super helpful. Knowledgeable and friendly. It was a super hot day and they gave me water while I waited. These are definitely the dudes to see.

Probably the best diesel mechanic in El Paso. Knowledgeable, fair prices, and military friendly. Highly recommended. Will definitely be coming back again. Thank you Mr. DANIEL AND TOM for all your help and professionalism!
