Honestly, I had such a great experience with the company and the technician as I used them through American Home Shield and they really went over my microwave to fix an on going issue where it would trip the breaker when I would use it. They had good communication and the technician was nice and knowledgeable however when I asked for something showing what they replaced and the work they did like other companies AHS has sent, they had me sign an electronic doc and he said they would send me something. I never got a text or email from the company so I called and when I asked them for a summary of the work they did they said that their policy is to NOT give the homeowner any documentation show…

This company is absolutely awful. They do not stand behind their work nor is their work quality!! This company installed a condenser on my unit yesterday. After an hour and forty five minutes and ripping every panel off of it, he comes down and says that the units good but hands me his card and tells me to text him in the morning to let him know how it is doing. I didn’t have to wait until the morning because the unit didn’t work when he left. The temperature coming out of the vents was 68.7 degrees. They returned this morning and worked on it for an hour and said the unit is good. NO IT IS NOT. The unit at least functioned before he replaced the coil fan. Now the unit does not work AT ALL…

Our AC unit went out during the hottest time of the year. Literally over 100 degrees outside. FAS Appliances & Refrigeration were able to help us get a whole new system installed a couple of days after coming out to give us a quote. They were extremely competitive in price. They came in $3-4K under some of the other quotes we got. They took around 4 hours to get the whole system replaced. They were punctual, very responsive and the service was great. They did not take advantage of the fact that we were in a bind. Wish there were more companies that operated this way. Highly recommend their services!

Amazing Service!!! FAS installed a PKG unit at my grandma's house and the install was very well done, clean, neat and professional. F.A.S. Appliance was referred to me by Frigidaire when my oven latch broke. Javier, Elizabeth and their entire team diligently searched for the part that was no longer being manufactured. Elizabeth was in constant communication with me throughout the entire process and working every which way to find a solution for my situation. She sent Jose the welder to my rescue and upon seeing it told me he could do it but would need additional help.
