Steven was wonderful to work with! I came to get my running board mount site repaired and also to have running boards installed and it was a wonderful experience! Their mechanics are amazing and customer service was great! Highly recommend!

Well, here's another bad review. I went in and ordered a 3 inch suspension lift for my truck which claims to be a 4-hr. job. My appointment was at 9 am on Jun 27th. Their calendar showed no other appointments for that day. I was told that they would call me when the job was complete. At about 4:30 I decided to drive over and see if maybe it was almost complete. Just as I was arriving, I get a call from the salesperson saying that they needed to keep my truck overnight. The salesperson that sold me the lift said that they were shorty handed. (what an excuse) So, I went in and spoke with one of the bosses. He gave me a different excuse saying that they were taking their time to do the job…

This is my second occasion utilizing Total Offroad & More for lifting my vehicles. They are the premier destination and highly dependable. Thank you for the exceptional customer service provided by Victor, Rafael, and Adrian! They guided me to the ideal lift kit. Additionally, I extend my gratitude to Victor and Adrian for keeping me informed about the status of the incoming parts and the progress of the lift, new tires, and rims. Upon driving it out, the experience was remarkably smooth. Highly recommend!

Took my Silverado 2500 for tires and wheels. Rafa provided EXCELLENT customer service. I had a million questions and he was very patient and answered all of them. He was VERY knowledgeable and you could tell he wanted to provide good service and not just get a sale. I am definitely going back to take my wife’s 4runner and I’m definitely going back to speak to Rafa to help me with that process. Shout out to the team in the shop for installation before my scheduled appointment.
