Navarro automotive & alignments

Mr. Navarro is a good and knowledgeable mechanic. The problem is that he keeps the cars for a long time to fix them and there is no way to know when your vehicle will be fixed and ready. He also has a very small place where he keeps the vehicles and at times he just parks them away from his car shop. We lost a vehicle that got stolen while he had it to fix it and we never got it back. We waited for over a year to get another vehicle fixed because he was looking for a part for it and supposedly he kept on waiting for the part. We got the vehicle back after more than a year because we kept on calling/texting him about it. I do not think that the service is very professional.
