Dirt Werk

Very happy with work recently went to Walmart to get tires change and they left me with a bad tire pressure sensor that was not there before tires were changed , dirt werk helped me fix the problem in under an hour everyone was friendly and service was great! Will recommend to friends and family:)

When I 1st contacted Dirt Werk the response was quick. I picked up my car right before they closed after having new brakes installed & my brakes were extremely loud, squeaky, & had a knocking sound on the front driver(i have a video). The owner came & picked up my car the next morning from my house & claimed they didn't hear anything (I have video of them backing out of my house & brakes are squeaking) yet resurfaced my brand new brakes & problem was "solved" I took my car to BMW because at this point I was scared to drive especially with my kids & was informed you can not resurface brakes on a BMW or use aftermarket parts which Dirt Werk did. Was having an intermittent stalling/limp mode problem with my 2007 Xterra and I took to 5 different shops in El Paso and nobody could diagnose the problem and stopped by Dirt Werk by chance and in less than an hour they fixed my problem. It was a Crankshaft sensor that they replaced. Thank you for being so efficient and mindful of my time and getting me back on the road so fast!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO OSO RESTOMODS DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARS HERE THERE A WAIST OF MONEY AND TIME HAD MY CAR FOR ALMOST 2 MONTHS WHEN I GOTVIT BACK IT STALLED OM ME AND THE MECHANIC WAS GOIN TO GETVME A TOW TRUCK BUT HE NEVER ANSWERED ME AFTER A WHOLE WEEK I HAD TO PAYVA TOW TRUCK TO GET IT BACK HOME WEEK LATER HE WANTS TO COME AND CHECK OUT MY CAR DO NOT WAIST TIME HERE PEOPLE GO TO THE PROFESSIONALS I STILL PAID THEM IN FULL AND MY CAR STILL NOT Running HOW IT WAS RUNNING BEFORE I TOOK IT TO THIS SHOP THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY
