At first I was having problems but once you know what is expected things get easier and flow as expected. Very nice customer service, very knowledgeable and very knowledgeable and demanding to city code inspectors. My experience with them was a long one, but pleasant in the long run, i learned alot. They are doing a job and they do it very well.

I had a very professional experience getting a building permit today. The permit process in the City of El Paso has modernized and has changed things to make it very easy to get a permit.
