El Paso Vehicle Registration

They made us pay Sales Tax again when we already paid Private Party Taxes in Illinois. Stupid people that’s the same thing!! Clueless staff.

The lady in Window 5 was very professional & helpful. She gave me excellent instructions on what forms I needed to fill out and what documents I needed to provide. The entire process was very easy to navigate. Thank you.

Absolutely TERRIBLE experience. If I could give 0 stars I would. I had to visit this car registration office five times just to try and transfer a title — and each time, they gave me a completely different excuse for why they couldn’t do it. When I need to renew my vehicle registration, I typically come to this location. There have been a few times that some of the employees weren't as helpful as I would like, but overall, I have had a pretty positive experience with this DMV. The wait times can be longer than normal, but that depends on what time of day you arrive. I would suggest arriving the first hour they are open because it is usually not packed with people.
