They made us pay Sales Tax again when we already paid Private Party Taxes in Illinois. Stupid people that’s the same thing!! Clueless staff.

The lady in Window 5 was very professional & helpful. She gave me excellent instructions on what forms I needed to fill out and what documents I needed to provide. The entire process was very easy to navigate. Thank you.

There have been a few times that some of the employees weren't as helpful as I would like, but overall, I have had a pretty positive experience with this DMV.
