5 stripped oil pan drain plugs on here shouldve went else where reviews are there for a reason beware of this place bunch of incompetent techs and managers stripped my drain plug bolt and then try to lie about it. My drain plug was fine before this staw away fron this place

Sold my mom a battery for my car and when I went to replace it they said they couldn’t do it because it wasn’t the correct battery for my car. When I said they were the ones that sold it to me they were just rude and said they couldn’t do anything about it.

It was my first time visit at this Walmart auto center and I was worried at first due to some negative reviews but me personally I had a great experience! I went to get my battery replaced and oil changed on my 2016 Toyota RAV4 XLE. I will be visiting again as I need to take my finances 2021 Honda Civic Sport for an oil change as well!

Got my last oil change here and discovered my oil pan is leaking because it was stripped, but the drain plug was covered in silicone to cover it up. I’ve been told there is a certain process to “investigate” and must speak with a manager and you can never get a hold of them.
