Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

Went there to get my two back tires balanced, and they said my lugs were striped. Not i was a diesel mechanic for the army for 3 years and I dont think if the lug threads on smoothly and tightens down I dont think that is stripped.

So I took my work van here to the Pep Boys because my battery was dead after about a day or two. The battery died again so I took it back and told them that there’s something wrong with it. Mechanic Angel and shop manager Ernie really took care of me, the only day I had available to switch my tpms sensors was this afternoon and they accommodated me graciously. They took me right in and worked on my car, even stayed after hours to finish it. It’s much appreciated!
