Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

My vehicle alternator went out in the middle of a road trip & i was stranded in El Paso. I could use 4 pages filling in all the details. Just know the staff and mechanics went over and beyond to help me. They where sympathetic to my personal situation & my financial limitations. I don't know what i would've done without their help in dealing with this situation. They came in early & stayed late & was very professional in helping me. They have a phenomenal team & I greatly appreciate all the help. Great job guys !!! Thanks again....

Ralph the store manager (Yarbrough Store) is the smartest man in the whole wide world. The Pep Boys Company is very lucky to have an intelligent manager like Ralph. I have been taking my vehicles to Ralph for over 20 years and never have been disappointed. Highly recommend Pep Boys senior managers commend Ralph with a bonus. Store managers like him are tough to find. Thank you.

Pep Boys at gateway Blvd. assisted me with a courtesy vehicle inspection - David conducted the inspection thoroughly and provided his insight into a couple of observations he made on the car that supported my purchase decision. Big Thank You to David and the Front Desk Team that kindly checked me in on peak-work hours! You guys are a great team!

I walked into the service department with no appointment and really just wanted to get info and pricing on some preventative maintaine and new tires. Rafael Reyes greeted me right away and I told him what I needed and he got to work right away and found me some really good deals that I just couldn’t pass up so I went ahead and got the services and a new set of tires that I needed for a really good price compared to two other places I had gotten pricing beforehand. I really appreciated Rafael going to extra mile explaining all the details and warranties on my purchase. I’m very happy I waited and shopped to compare because I saved a lot of money and everyone was very courteous and professiona…
