Advance Auto Parts

I went in because my battery was dead the clerk told me that even though it was under warranty he couldn't honor it because I had already exchanged the original battery, I think it was a bunch of bullshit, but I needed a battery so I bought a new one...never again!!

Great costumer service. Dante helped us thru our buying process. He knew exactly what we needed and guided us thru what came with and what would still need to purchase to complete our project. Everything that was needed was in stock. He was very helpful knowledgeable and patient with us. Recommend 💯

5 Stars - Exceptional Customer Service! I recently visited Advance Auto on George Dieter to buy a battery for my 2017 Audi Q7, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Juan and Luis went above and beyond to ensure I got the right battery, even installing it for me. Coding the new battery to the car was a bit tricky, but they were patient and determined to get everything working properly. Luis, in particular, went out of his way to troubleshoot another issue I was having, even going as far as asking to borrow equipment from the store next door to help me out. Their dedication and willingness to assist truly made a difference. You don’t see customer service like this anymore! …

Staff is very efficient if they don't have it they'll get it for you!! The best in El Paso!

I highly recommend going here, but most importantly for David. This gentleman is highly knowledgeable and always a pleasure to do business with. Issues are acknowledged and correct parts are recommended. He is always pleasant to deal with. If you go here, ask for David. FYI, I would highly advise against going next door to Pep Boys for work due to their unprofessionalism. If Advance can do it, ask them for help. Avoid Pep Boys like the plague.
