Needed windsheild wipers really bad. The young man was super helpful picking out which ones to get and then installed them. Excellent customer service! I have been an O'Reilly's customer since getting my car in 2024 and will continue to do so.

Wonderful service and people. Needed an engine filter that wasn't in stock, but they got it within an hour.

This store is amazing!! I was helped by the manager Emmanuel, such an outstanding employee, I can totally understand why Emmanuel is a manager. He showed great leadership skills and went above and beyond to help me. He is impressive and knowledgeable in his trade. I do not really shop at O'Reilly auto parts for my vehicle needs, I usually go to other auto parts stores, however, thanks to this outstanding experience I will now give my business to O'Reilly Auto Parts! Emmanuel deserves to be considered and trained for greater leadership roles as it is clear he knows this trade with confidence and demonstrates first class leadership skills and customer service skills.

I admit that I walked in at a loss as what I needed to do. Fortunately, Liz was there to set me in the right direction. She was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. She didn't get frustrated with me and my many questions. She even was kind enough to suggest a local shop that could help me with my problem. She double checked on the parts (kit) that I needed and made sure they were in stock without her having to order it for me. She's a great asset to the company! Kudos on hiring this awesome woman. She took the time to help me understand what all I needed to do and was friendly the entire time. I will seek her out next time I have to get something else for my car. Great job!
