Bad customer service some of the employees have an attitude and don’t want to work
Apparently they have no staff to answer the phones. Called 3 times in a 15 minute period, and the line kept ringing. I guess that competition down the road will be getting my business.
There is an employee by the name Tony who looks mad and when you ask him a question...His answer is he's not a mechanic....wow ..ty Tony...nice customer service
Tried to return a part and the employee refused because parts didn't match and was rude. Like hell I was returning what was given to me. That's why I stay away from O'Reilly's
You guys should really consider retraining the asst manager, guy was inattentive and rather smug. I went in for a exchange of tools I had bought. (Wrong size) I attached a extension to a spark plus socket. FROM THE SAME SET OF TOOLS and the guy rudely said "these are rent a tools, they're used now you keep em." Pretty rude if you ask me, that's not how a customer should feel. B…
