We took my wife's car in because the front left tire was flat. At that time they told me that they found un-repairable damage to the sidewall. Fine so be it. I asked them to replace the tire which they "supposedly" did with a $300 tires. Two days later the same front left tire is flat and apparently they claim that they had actually replaced the rear right tire. Now they say that the front left tire _also_ has un-repairable damage. So apparently they missed un-repairable damage one day, sent us home on an unsafe tire and now they are going to want another $300 to fix the problem I came to them with in the first place This is not the first time we have had an issue with this …

I got a nail in my tire coming home after work and stopped here to have them assess my tire and fix it. The guys working were super nice and fixed my tire quickly! I appreciate their great service and efficiency!

David was excellent! He went above and beyond to help me and my wife to get back to Austin after a medical emergency! He is the type of employee that all businesses should have as a front person! His staff was great and fast as well. Thank you!

I've been here a number of times and the crew is always friendly and understanding and not pushy, and I personally feel like I've gotten good service, reliable repairs, and reasonable prices. Also, they are not overrun like some of the more popular shops so it's usually quick turnaround. In my experience, many auto shops are lacking on one or more of these features!

Went there because my radiator has a leak. They told me they needed to run a pressure text and do a vehicle inspection. When they contacted me about the radiator leak, they wanted to charge me an additional 1,154plus a radiator flush for an additional 79 dollars. After determining this was a high price for a radiator that cost 310 dollars. I decided to go elsewhere, so they charged me 114 and change, to tell me I had a leaking radiator. Then on top of that I had to go back and recover a shield that they didn't put back on the front of my care. Very bad experience, definitely would never recommend any service from them.
