Firestone Complete Auto Care

I needed to mount and balance tire and they helped me out pretty quick. Virtual no wait. Michael was really friendly and provided amazing customer service. Definitely coming back for any more car issues

Mi vehicle was taken to this place for wheel alignment. From the shop it was being repair. Replace camber bolts. Unfortunately the so call technician that perform work .did not adjust the wheel lug nuts properly and I end up stranded on the road. Now to file a claim against them it's hard. After a month calling the store and talking to manager got number from adjuster. Call him and he states that they are not responsible. That I have to talk to shop and then they will have to file suit against them. And since they were the last one that did work on it. I just simply dont understand. Would like to know where is customer first as they said.

Stopped by to get my ride a new set of tires, luckily they had all four wheels in stock. I got the all terrain ones, my truck looks tight. Thanks to Joe who helped me out, the process was quick, in and out in less than 1hr, can't beat that! Thanks to all the staff and the shoppe looked super clean, nice job gentlemen.

Mr. Joe and the team at Firestone were amazing! After my minivan ruined my old tire, they got my new one on so fast and had me back on the road in no time. They were incredibly patient and kind with my wild kids while we waited — which made the whole experience so much easier for me. We were in and out so quickly! I really appreciate their excellent service and friendly attitude. Highly recommend!

By far the best experience and customer service Ive had getting my car worked on. Michael helped me and not only was he very knowledgeable and helpful, but everyone including the mechanics were also very kind and understanding as well. Would highly recommend not only firestone but this location specifically for anyone in need of excellent, efficient and reliable service. I will definitely be returning for any problems or help I need in the future.
