Mi vehicle was taken to this place for wheel alignment. From the shop it was being repair. Replace camber bolts. Unfortunately the so call technician that perform work .did not adjust the wheel lug nuts properly and I end up stranded on the road. Now to file a claim against them it's hard. Stopped by to get my ride a new set of tires,luckily they had all four wheels in stock. I got the all terrain ones, my truck looks tight. Thanks to Joe who helped me out, the process was quick, in and out in less than 1hr, can't beat that! Thanks to all the staff and the shoppe looked super clean, nice job gentlemen.

Mr. Joe and the team at Firestone were amazing! After my minivan ruined my old tire, they got my new one on so fast and had me back on the road in no time. They were incredibly patient and kind with my wild kids while we waited — which made the whole experience so much easier for me. We were in and out so quickly! I really appreciate their excellent service and friendly attitude. Highly recommend!

By far the best experience and customer service Ive had getting my car worked on.
