Firestone Complete Auto Care

So this review is a bit late cause I guess I did do it right the first time. 😂 So here I'm trying again hope it post this time. I brought my vehicle to have the alignment rechecked, a bit ago. The truck was still pulling to the side after being aligned at a different Firestone in horizon, son purchased the lifetime alignment package there. It pays to pay a little more for the warranty. He is the best, guy is always smiling and a very good conversationalist. He took care of me during the appointment like we grew up together. Awesome se…

My husband always trusted Firestone with our vehicles. Now I bring them here, too. They have been able to repair any issues I've had with the vehicles. I have received exceptional service from Charles and Luis.

The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. They made sure I understood what my car needed and gave me honest, helpful recommendations. The work done on my car was amazing—efficient, high-quality, and reasonably priced. It’s running smoother than it has in years! I truly appreciate the attention to detail and the care the team put into making sure everything was done right the first time. Firestone has earned my trust and business for the long haul. I made an appointment online for a wheel alignment. I figured I would drop the car off early so they could have it there for when they were ready. Turns out they were able to get right on it. I had my car back in about an hour and a half. Great communication, fast service and most importantly good price!! Thanks guys...

I had a great experience at Firestone getting an oil change! Charlie was amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was done thoroughly and efficiently. He took the time to answer my questions and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. It’s hard to find service you can trust, but I definitely found it here. I’ll be back for sure and highly recommend this location!
