As soon as we walked in we were greeted with an older gentleman with a poor attitude and terrible service. All we asked for was a state mandated emissions test and we ended up being there for over 4 hours! Then they tried to recommend $4,000+ of labor and additional services. This is definitely a place I would not go again nor would I recommend it to anyone seeking a place to get their car serviced in any manner.

Dropped my car off 30 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment time for a basic alignment, came back 4 hrs later after work and my vehicle was not worked on. Decided to leave since there was STILL a wait time for someone that scheduled an appointment. Just be aware if you choose to get an appointment and leave your vehicle there. It means nothing and not a priority for them. A courtesy call would have been nice or a heads up when dropping off my vehicle.

I came in on a busy Friday needing all four tires replaced—completely last minute—and the team here was absolutely amazing. From start to finish, the staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to understand exactly what I needed and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Even with the end-of-week rush, they made me feel like a top priority. The service was fast, accurate, and went above and beyond my expectations. You don’t often find businesses that combine speed, quality, and great customer care all in one—but this place does. Highly recommend for anyone in need of reliable tire service, especially if you’re in a bind. I’ll definitely be back!

This Firestone has terrible customer service skills. I made an appointment for 1200 online and my appointment was confirmed and I brought the car in at the scheduled time. I called at 3pm cause I hadn’t heard any update. They hung up on me when I called. I went in person and the man at the front was very rude and could give us no update as to when the car would be ready. My car was not ready until 5pm and when I left my car sounded worse than when I brought it in, they hadn’t turned off the change oil light, or updated the sticker. By far my worst experience ever.
